My brother played fantasy sports before fantasy sports was cool. I did not understand what he was doing at the time, but he is a pioneer. I tried doing fantasy basketball myself, but couldn't keep up with it. I just fill out March Madness brackets now. My decision on who I think the winner will be usually depends on which school mascot can beat the other in a fight. 2009's bracket ended up being Spartans vs Blue Devils. Devils would win that fight, obviously. But apparently not. Because the Tar Heels won. I'm not even sure what a tar heeler is. I stupidly lost $5 that year.
